I think you can make small tweaks to your routine to alleviate some of your thoughts. Going out for a walk helps me. The fresh air and outside helps clear my mind some. Maybe going on discord or something and have call with someone helps me get above focusing on just my bubble. I hope that helps. Feel free to reach out.
