The general gist is that these are stats for whenever you go to the portal section of the site. There will be mostly under judgement submissions there that you can vote on. Vote correctly, and you will receive a blam or a save (a save being you rating something 2-5 stars while a blam is you rating a submission 0-1.5 stars). Once you blam something the submission gets forcefully deleted and becomes a part of one of the obituaries of that date. Once something gets out of judgement with a good enough rating, you get a save added to the saves counter, a similar thing happens when you blam something.
