As far as I know. No one haven't broken any rules, I don't exactly keep track of people like that but the only thing I could think of is two people who were inactive but that's basically it, I can't be held accountable if someone chose not to be on the site that often

@Modstin Mods don't give a reason when someone is pruned. Being pruned means that if you post too many low-quality submissions, or break the Art Portal rules, you are unscouted.
