@soloswing64 actually i thought of it more, it can be unhealthy, cause if your not bottling up your feelings your hiding how someone hurts you. Thanks for making me understand.
@soloswing64 this is a month old but i feel i didn't explain myself here, basically i find the act of crying embarrassing and uncomfortable, when it happens i try my hardest to mask it or not to bring it up since its an awkward situation for everyone & theres a fair chance of people not taking it seriously & brush it off, which happened numerous times growing up.
